The Teaching in the Digital Era Guide is detailing useful approaches and tools to online teaching in the case of educators and caregivers.
The Guide is divided into three sections, one oriented towards the pedagogical approach providing hints, tips and tricks necessary for developing a suitable teaching process for online teaching. This section aims to approach topics such as online classroom motivation, online assessment, online teaching principles, managing online classes planning and wellbeing etc. The second section is oriented to technical aspects of online teaching (skills and tips, account creation, online classroom administration, modifying settings, ensuring security, creating digital resources and using interactive platforms etc.). The third section is oriented towards parents/caregivers and delve into both teacher-end and student-end aspects and issues of online teaching and learning, as to provide the parents the means to assist and intervene whenever one of the other two parties should need it.
